When speaking with the customer, she said that she wanted a boy cake with blues, and to have a dog on top. I immediately knew what ribbon I wanted to use. From the moment I saw it, I knew that it would be perfect for a little boy, lots of blues, greens and browns. I paired this with a larger blue ribbon and it went together perfectly!!
From there, I pulled out the blues in the wash cloths, spoons and teething toy, and of course incorporated the dog idea with the cute floppy dog on the top (don't you just love the little tongue?!!) and the musical carseat toy.
What do you think? Does it scream little boy?
